Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product has been tampered with, used, or damaged, the return request may be denied.
- Defective/Damaged Goods: If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us using a registered courier service.
- We will process the return and issue a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Important Notes:
- Non-returnable items: Certain items may not be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or products not in their original condition.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
